Robert started at the University of Arizona in the Fall of 1994 at the Mathematics Department. He has subsequently worked at the UA CatCard Office, the Office of Educational Technologies in the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences, and then joined the John and Doris Norton School of Family and Consumer Sciences in the summer of 2005. During his time at the University of Arizona. Robert has served on the College of Science Classified Staff Council, the Graduate and Professional Student Council, and two tenures on the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences Classified Staff Council, including being the Chair from 2017 through 2020.
Robert is the Information Technology Manager for the Norton School, and is also the Building Manager for McClelland Park.
