Hello!

I am originally from Western NY, and the fantastic opportunity to teach in the Fashion Industry’s Science & Technology program through the Norton School of Human Ecology at the University of Arizona brought me to Tucson in 2022. Prior to joining the University of Arizona, I was a designer at Fisher-Price/Mattel and taught at several institutions, including SUNY Buffalo State University, Villa Maria College, and Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design.

Along with my areas of expertise, I am passionate about teaching, education, and technology, and where they converge. I firmly believe that fashion and education should be accessible to everyone, and we can overcome many barriers with the effective use of technology. Because of my commitment to online education, I was named the SUNY Online Teaching Ambassador for Buffalo State University in 2022.
