Bianca began her community service journey in 2013 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Education from the University of Arizona. She spent six years in the public school system, advocating for underserved students and families through case management and mentorship initiatives. In 2020, she transitioned to higher education, managing social science research grants to advance inclusivity efforts for underserved populations.

Currently, Bianca is a Program Manager at the Frances McClelland Institute for Children, Youth, and Families, where she manages the institute's programs and events. She also works with the Science of Kindness Community Collective, led by Dr. Maré, a research project aimed at investigating how promoting kindness in organizations and communities can improve communication and relationships.
