Our boutique is seeking one to two interns to assist with retail sales by utilizing their merchandising or fashion styling knowledge and skills. Experience in using social media to influence and market to customers highly desired.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Personable with friendly demeanor to assist customers in a brick and mortar boutique
- Knowledge of visual marketing and retail sales
- Fashion styling techniques
- Social media skills
Potential Activities:
- Selecting clothing and jewelry items to dress mannequins and assisting owners with staging the boutique
- Participate in team meetings to review sales reports
- Vendor stock returns and department stock returns
- Participate and potentially lead development of social media posts
- Assist customers with selection of items to purchase.
