Founded in 2002, La Paloma Academy has experienced unprecedented growth in just a few short years, opening a second campus in Tucson in 2006 and a third in 2012. La Paloma Academy is now Tucson’s fastest-growing charter school and home to more than 1,800 students across the three campuses, the largest charter school in Southern Arizona.

La Paloma Academy centers on more than just academics. We follow the Arizona State Standards while simultaneously implementing a family values curriculum. Our students are taught about trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. The La Paloma Academy staff makes our students’ educational experience simultaneously entertaining and challenging, while adhering to the same laws and regulations as all other public schools.
Part-time positions are available for After School or Campus Assistants. Full-time positions are available for K-2 Paraprofessionals.
