In May 2022, the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona merged with the Diaper Bank of Central Arizona, expanding our reach, and becoming the statewide Arizona Diaper Bank. We are proud to have distributed over 20 million diapers and incontinence briefs in 30 years, benefiting over 600,000 individuals.
Our unique approach combines targeted product distribution with strategic partnerships, ensuring efficient delivery while empowering individuals and families toward self-sufficiency. Collaborating with 55 local partner agencies enables decentralized distribution, reaching clients in their communities and minimizing operational costs.

Opportunity: Administrative Intern (unpaid)
Selected individual will work an average of 10 hours per week, but hours are flexible based on individual’s availability and the needs of the Arizona Diaper Bank. Note, if completing this opportunity for credit, there is a minimum hour requirement dependent on the number of credit hours you register for – please confirm with your academic advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Fund Development and Marketing Coordinator by researching potential grant opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and programs.
- Assist in the development of strategies to identify and secure new funding opportunities.
- Track all grant report submissions and report deadlines.
- Generate regular reports to measure fundraising outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage social media accounts and schedule posts.
- Assist with other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Individuals working towards a degree related to family studies, marketing, or public health.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate ideas for campaigns and content.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
